Are you still using the old Journey Planning App to plan your journeys?  

Our old Journey Planning App is no longer supported meaning you are unable to plan your journeys or view live bus information through this app. However, journey planning and live bus information is still available on our new app – where you can purchase tickets and plan your journeys all in one place. Download the new Arriva UK Bus app today.

Did you have tickets on our old m-ticket app?

We recently sent communications to all of our customers who had tickets on our old m-ticket app. Please check the email accounts you had linked to your m-ticket account for information about what you need to do or get in touch with our customer services team - there are several ways you can contact us, find out more here.

Customers who had longer duration tickets


(Longer duration tickets refer to Annual tickets, Academic Year tickets, Term tickets, 15 Weekly tickets, 3 Month tickets, 12 Weekly tickets, 30 Journey tickets, Child Summer Pass or 8 Weekly tickets)

Did you have a longer duration ticket in your m-ticket account? If you did, please check your emails (including your junk folder, just in case) and look out for an email that we sent you on the 2nd November which has a unique activation link in it that will allow you to access your account and your tickets on the new Arriva UK Bus app.

Customers who had shorter duration tickets 


(Shorter duration tickets refer to Single tickets, Return tickets, Day tickets, 3 Day tickets, Weekly tickets, 4 Weekly tickets, 2 Weekly tickets and 10 Journey tickets) 

Were you a shorter duration ticket holder? If you still had tickets on the old Arriva m-ticket app, please contact our Customer Services team. There are various ways to get in touch with us; to find out how, visit our Contact Us page here. 

Customers who had tickets that were credited to them by Customer Services due to the COVID-19 pandemic 


We know that many of you had a number of tickets in your account that were credited to you by our Customer Services team as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. We added these tickets to the new Arriva UK Bus app for you. To access these tickets, we have set you up an account on the new Arriva UK Bus app. To claim your account, please refer to an email from us on 2nd November (check your junk folder, just in case) which details how to claim your account.
